The Opportunity:

A great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join the head office of a well-known business operating across multiple brands and locations. You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll function, gaining exposure to a variety of pay cycles and employment types.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing end-to-end weekly and fortnightly payroll
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and awards
• Responding to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with reconciliations, reporting, and audits
• Supporting process improvements and payroll-related projects

About You:

• At least 2 years' experience in end-to-end payroll
• Proficient in Chris21, Dayforce, ADP, or other large payroll systems
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and EBAs
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• A team player with clear and confident communication skills
