MyBudget is Australia’s most trusted personal budgeting service. Since 1999, our award-winning approach has helped over 130,000 Australians reduce financial stress and achieve their goals.
We are a passionate team united by a common purpose – to help Australians live a life free from money worries. Through our caring, consultative money management model and commitment to financial responsibility, we are proud to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every single day.
Be Part of Our Caring and Empowering Team
At MyBudget, we’re more than just a workplace – we’re a supportive community of people who genuinely care about our clients and each other. We foster collaboration, inclusion, and ongoing growth, because when our people thrive, so do our clients.
About the Role
Do you love helping people succeed? Are you confident navigating complex conversations with empathy, clarity and solutions thinking? Join our Onboarding Team as a Client Success Coach and support brand new clients as they begin their journey to financial wellbeing.
In this pivotal role, you’ll educate new clients about the MyBudget service, set them up for success, and build a foundation of trust that supports long-term transformation. Your role is to make sure every client understands how their personalised budget works and feels empowered from day one.
This isn’t just a customer service role – it’s your chance to be part of someone’s fresh start. You’ll be working in a vibrant team that celebrates progress, embraces change, and values each voice.
What You’ll Do
As a Client Success Coach in the Onboarding Team, you’ll:
Guide brand new clients through the first stages of their financial transformation.
Hold high-quality conversations that build trust, uncover needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
Set up accurate and compliant budgets, ensuring consistency and alignment with financial goals.
Proactively manage communication touchpoints and provide first-contact resolution for any concerns.
Send accurate documentation to creditors and ensure timely follow-up.
Identify ways to enhance the onboarding experience and support continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Exceptional people and communication skills with a high level of empathy and resilience.
Confidence working in a fast-paced, structured environment with a strong focus on service quality.
High attention to detail and time management capabilities.
A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
Experience in customer service, contact centre environments, or financial services is highly regarded. Qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Financial Services or Business Admin are desirable but not essential.
Our Hybrid Working Set-Up
Our Onboarding Team enjoys the flexibility of hybrid working, with a two week from home, one week in office rotation once training is complete. Our Adelaide CBD office at 122 Frome Street offers a bright, modern, and collaborative space for in-person work.
To set you up for success, the first six months of the role will be office-based so you can fully absorb our training, connect with your team, and embrace our unique culture.
We are currently seeking full-time candidates who can work early and late shifts between Monday and Friday, with occasional national public holidays (paid at overtime rates). Shifts start at either 7:00am or 9:30am.
