CP Personnel are currently looking for a unique talent who may have started life as an Office Administrator / Accounts Person, but also craves some manual work when the numbers or paperwork are becoming tiresome. Or vice versa!

Our client’s business is typical of an importer and reseller of production based machinery, whereby their team needs to be diversified across multiple skill levels. The internal culture is what would be expected in a smaller business, but under the umbrella of European based manufacturers.

The immediate need is for an Office / Warehouse all rounder who has the ability to assist with stores and despatch functions one minute and step into a typical Accounts support position the next.
On a daily basis you duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Administrative- 70%

  • Preparation of quotations
  • Processing parts orders from receipt through to despatch
  • Invoicing and entering same into Xero
  • Accounts Receivable and entering same into Xero
  • Update salesforce with tracking numbers of all incoming and outgoing freight

Stores: - 30%

  • Pick and pack parts ready for despatch and return to over seas suppliers
  • Receive in stock from overseas suppliers, mark up and enter into Dear/Cin7 inventory system
  • Book couriers, large freight and items to be returned to over seas suppliers

Ideally the successful candidate will be able to evidence most or all of the following selection criteria:

  • Strong working knowledge of Xero Accounting and Cin7 is essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple email accounts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • You are energetic, proactive and learn from your experiences.
  • You are passionate about your work and see tasks through to the end, without making assumptions.
  • A working knowledge of Macbook workstations and Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
