The Role: We’re on the lookout for talented and passionate retail salespeople with a background in consultative retail sales. If you’re someone who thrives on creativity and enjoys helping customers make meaningful design decisions, this is the role for you! Previous experience in industries like soft furnishings, lighting, floristry, photography, jewellery, homewares, blinds, or hardware would be highly regarded.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to design custom framing solutions for their photographs, artworks, prints, and sentimental pieces

Assist with ready-made frames, wall art, and canvas selections

Provide expert fitting services for in-store custom framing

Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to ensure a positive, seamless experience for every customer

Utilise your eye for detail to contribute to the store’s merchandising and presentation, keeping the space vibrant and inspiring

Continuously develop your skills through initial and ongoing product, sales, and service training

Who We're Looking For:

Creative and Design-focused: A passion for design and an eye for detail is essential.

Sales Experience: You’ve worked in consultative retail sales before, with a background in related industries.

Customer Service: You are dedicated to providing top-tier service and creating memorable experiences for each customer.

Energetic and Enthusiastic: You approach your job with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.

Permanent Residency: To be eligible for this role, applicants must have permanent residency without restrictions in Australia.
