We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering company that’s looking to bring an experienced CNC Setter/Operator on board. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy workshop offering stable, ongoing work and the chance to be part of a friendly and supportive team.
Key Duties:

• Set and operate CNC machines (lathe or mill depending on experience)
• Interpret and work from technical drawings
• Conduct basic maintenance and machine checks
• Carry out quality checks using standard measuring tools
• Work to tight tolerances and production targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a CNC Setter/Operator role
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Confident using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Shifts:
(4:00am start with overtime available)
