The Role
This is a full-time, office-based position for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer looking to take ownership of the AR function in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end receivables management including daily receipting, account reconciliation, credit control, debt collection, and AR inbox management. You’ll also play a supporting role across broader finance tasks such as month-end close, bank reconciliations, and audit prep, with occasional cross-training in AP and payroll.

About You
You’re an experienced AR professional with strong credit control instincts and the confidence to pick up the phone and drive outcomes. You have a passion for accurate reconciliations, timely collections, and great service. You’re comfortable working across systems, with an eye for continuous improvement, and you enjoy being the go-to person for anything receivables related. You thrive in an office-based, team-oriented environment and are comfortable juggling competing deadlines.

Skills & Experience

3+ years’ experience in full-function accounts receivable and credit control

Proficient in reconciliations, debt collection, and cash applications

Confident communicator with strong customer service focus

Ability to maintain detailed records and resolve account issues quickly

Intermediate Excel and sound ERP system experience

Exposure to multi-entity or high-volume environments is advantageous
