A NSW Government department is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support the daily operations of a high-volume registry team. The role involves high-volume data entry, reviewing legal documents, updating records, and supporting admin processes while providing professional customer service.
You’ll need to be detail-focused, confident with systems, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
• Review legal documents and statutory declarations for compliance
• Respond to client enquiries and support internal stakeholders
• Assist with payments, records management, and general admin tasks
• Maintain accurate files, databases, and registers in line with processes

About You:

• Experience in admin, registry, or processing roles involving sensitive documentation
• Detail-oriented and consistent under pressure
• Strong communication skills with a professional, tactful approach
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
