Enrolled Nurse

• Permanent - Part Time position, 21 hours per week - AM shifts on Saturday, Sunday and Monday
  at Borella House in Albury

Your Contribution

• Monitor resident's health status and implement interventions appropriately as directed by the Registered Nurse and / or Manager of Residential Services.
• Undertake clinical observations and interventions as directed by the resident's General Practitioner and Registered Nurse and / or Manager of Residential Services
• Ensure delivery of the Care Process through effective and timely resident assessment, documentation, care plan development, implementation and evaluation
• Coach the care staff to enable them to deliver high quality care, develop skills and knowledge gaps.
• Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic person-centered approach
• Build positive relationships with Residents, families, and other staff members

What You Bring

• Current registration with the National Nurse's Registration Board (AHPRA).
• Experience in working within at least one of the following clinical nursing areas: aged, medical, surgical, psychogeriatric, geriatric rehabilitation, palliative care, community nursing
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining quality systems within the care environment, preferably aged and community care or health care system
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• A current National Criminal History Record Check (within the last 3 years) suitable for aged care
