We are looking for Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Pathways Killara Gardens (NSW 2071) - day and night positions available.

The role:

Responding to wounds, falls, and medication needs is all in a day's work in Aged Care. This role operates under the support and supervision of a Registered Nurse, leading Personal Care Workers to ensure high-quality clinical care. Pathways is proud to maintain staffing ratios above industry standards.

About you:

We are after enrolled nurses who are passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians

Experience in aged care/geriatrics highly valued

Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliant Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards

Able to manage a small team of AINs, be computer literate, have sound verbal and written communication abilities

Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with

A few requirements of the role:

Diploma in Nursing + AHPRA registration

COVID vaccine and flu shot

Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID

Current police check + NDIS Worker Clearance

$34.91-$35.22 / hour BASE + super + shift loading + various allowances (e.g. uniform allowance, nurse-in-charge allowance and more)
