The Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate Assistant Director to support the Centre Director with day-to-day operations, team leadership, and educational excellence. This is a great opportunity for a senior educator or emerging leader ready to take the next step.

Your Role

• Support daily operations, compliance, and staffing
• Guide inclusive, high-quality programs
• Build strong relationships with families and educators
• Mentor the team in line with the NQF and our centre’s philosophy
• Positively promote the service in the community

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Blue Card + First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates
• Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and QKLG
• Strong leadership and communication skills
