About Us:
Civic Shower Screens & Wardrobes is a well-established large family owned business, well known within the building industry. We’re currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to take ownership of our AR function and support the finance team with related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Checking and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate billing

Generating and issuing invoices and ensuring accounts are correctly balanced

Preparing and sending monthly debtor statements to clients

Communicating directly with customers to resolve any queries relating to invoices or statements

Supporting general accounts tasks and end-of-month processes

About You:

Experience in a similar accounts receivable or finance support role

High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with accounting software, like MYOB Exo

Able to manage competing priorities and work autonomously

A team player with a proactive approach and willingness to help where needed
