Are you an energetic and organised professional looking to step into a dynamic office management role? We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-paced, forward-thinking business based in Homebush, seeking a full-time Office Manager who's ready to hit the ground running.
This role is ideal for someone in the earlier stages of their career who's confident, tech-savvy, and eager to take ownership of office operations while growing alongside a supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing day-to-day office administration and operational support
Coordinating onboarding, inductions, and maintaining training registers
Managing WHS compliance (including checklists, insurances, and SWMS)
Handling fleet management: registrations, insurances, fines, servicing
Organising staff uniforms, safety gear, supplies, and stationery
Supporting internal culture initiatives and assisting with event planning
Helping with marketing tasks: content for socials, basic website updates, and site photography
Providing general assistance to Directors and project teams
Who We're Looking For:
Someone confident, organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable using digital systems - this is a fully paperless environment
Innovation-driven, process-minded, and proactive
A great communicator who brings energy to the workplace and is eager to grow professionally
