Steeline Mildura is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to fill the role of Estimator in support of our team’s expansion efforts.

Since relocating to the new premises at 730 Benetook Avenue and commissioning a broad range of new machinery, Steeline Mildura requires additional staffing to meet increased demand for estimating and supply in established and new markets.

The Estimator role will play a critical part in providing a high level of service towards our existing customers and aiding in establishing new relationships for our expanding customer base.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

· Roof package estimation using the Applicad software package

· Roofing supply involving extensive communication between builders, installers and truss manufacturers

· Estimation and supply of steel framing using the Framecad software package

· Design, quote and supply of Steeline kit sheds

· Identifying opportunities for our new product ranges to be supplied on projects being worked on

· Site visits to aid in accurate information gathering for estimating and supply

· Liaising with new and existing customers in order to maintain and grow relationships and identify mutual growth opportunities

· Work closely with our sales team to aid with information gathering and follow on product sales

· Liaising with Purchasing Officer and Management for pricing and supply of buy in products

Requirements for this position:

· Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills

· Friendly and engaging personality for relationship development

· Experience using Microsoft Office software

· Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

· Excellent time management ability

· Current drivers licence

The role is a full time (40 hour) position and is available now.

Experience in the industry would be regarded favourably but is not essential and all training and support will be provided for the successful applicant.

Experience with design & CAD software would be an advantage for the successful applicant.

Work from home is not available for this position.
