About the Role

As our Estimator & Business Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in the growth of our business by:

Preparing accurate and competitive tenders and cost estimates

Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Seeking and securing new business opportunities

Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in estimating and tender preparation, ideally in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines at once

Confidence in client-facing roles and a proactive approach to business development

Knowledge of Melbourne’s commercial property and service sectors is a plus
