Are you an experienced CFO/FD with experience in the real estate sector?

Do you work on a fractional/portfolio basis and have time to take on a new client?

Have you got experience in funding and delivering commercial real estate developments?

We have been engaged by a family office looking for an experienced Property investment, financing and portfolio manager, to work with them on a 'Fractional' basis.

The office currently manages circa $30-40m real estate investments, a development project (commercial & residential) valued at circa $50m and other portfolio investments. They are looking to grow the portfolio and take the development through financing to completion.

You will also need to sit with all family members and explain the different investment options they have, detailing the benefits and pitfalls of each. Identify the right financing solution for the development and manage the day to day of the portfolio and project delivery.

We are looking for experienced CFOs that work on a 'Fractional or Portfolio' basis and have room to take on an extra client. You will work on a retained basis, providing support as required and agreed between yourself and the family.

You MUST have experience in the property sector, and have been through multiple property investments and also have previous project financing and delivery experience.
