WHS Consultant, Coach & Systems Lead
Full Time | Work from Home and In the Field | Hobart Preferred

We’re looking for a confident WHS pro who can do more than just tick boxes. You’ll mentor key people across businesses to lift their safety game—coaching them to understand WHS, lead safer teams, and take ownership of risk.

At the same time, you’ll manage and administer our Australia wide network of clients key safety platforms: SiteDocs and iSpring Learn—making sure systems run smoothly and clients stay safe, happy and compliant.

You’ll Be:

Coaching & mentoring frontline and leadership teams to improve WHS understanding.

Running WHS systems and LMS platforms with confidence and accuracy.

Delivering practical advice for high-risk work (construction, manufacturing, etc.).

Auditing sites, reviewing documentation, and supporting incident investigations.

Improving documents and processes so clients don’t just comply—they improve.

You Have:

Strong WHS field experience (construction/manufacturing preferred).

The confidence to coach others and influence across all levels of a business.

Solid knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessment, and safety systems.

Familiarity with SiteDocs, iSpring, or similar WHS/LMS platforms (or fast tech uptake).

The ability to work independently, with a hands-on, solutions-first approach.

Strong listening skills.

Hobart-based (though we’re open to others).

High-risk or blue-collar safety background.

Experience training or mentoring across industries.
