Aylesbury Financial Group is a boutique Financial Planning Group providing a broad range of tailored financial planning advice to help clients protect and grow their wealth. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team on a permanent basis working 4 days per week in our centrally located Brisbane CBD office.

Role and Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal support role, you will work closely with our Financial Advisors to deliver outstanding service and administrative support to our valued clients. This hands-on role requires you to proactively seek further knowledge of the industry to assist our Advisors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate client records and managing our database

Handling client calls and emails professionally and promptly

Preparing documents and applications for meetings and submissions

Assisting with document preparation including scanning, binding, and data entry (Fact Find)

Provide administrative support to advisers and management

About You

Previous experience supporting Financial Advisors within a professional services or financial advisory firm (Preferable) with the following skills:

Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook.

Knowledge of the Midwinter platform desirable although not essential

Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure

An interest in Financial Planning

Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role
