Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients by understanding what they need.
• Spot new sales opportunities and keep up with industry trends.
• Work with the sales team to create proposals and help with negotiations.
• Visit client sites to show products, help with setup, and solve problems.
• Keep records of sales and client talks using CRM tools.
• Report on sales progress and market updates to management.
• Stay up to date with new technology and competitor products.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, technology, or similar.
• Experience in sales or customer service with a focus on technical products.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working alone or with a team.
• Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Focused on meeting sales goals and spotting new opportunities.
