This funds management business is led by some of the highest profile leaders in the property space, boasting decades at the top of their industry. With a broad investment mandate backed by major institutional players, they have invested in a wide range of asset classes. Due to this ongoing growth and establishment of another new fund they are looking for a new Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team.

Key duties for this role will include:

Portfolio level budgeting and forecasting

Monthly management reporting and analysis

Provision of data insights and analysis to the Asset Management team

Fund financial modelling

Investor reporting

Business partnering with external property managers

Cashflow and treasury analysis

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years experience in FP&A/Financial Analysis, strong financial modelling skills are essential, and experience in the property and/or funds industry.

This is a fast growing company so they are looking for an individual with a hands-on approach, a natural curiosity, excellent problem solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the desire to work in a dynamic environment.
