Popular family-owned bakery café located 15 minutes south of Brisbane CBD, is seeking a casual Barista All-rounder to join the team at Yeronga Bakery Café. We are looking for someone who is fast paced and has barista experience to join us !

About the role

The casual role will involve but not limited to:

Barista and allrounder duties

Providing excellent customer service

Able to handle large rushes (up to 300 coffees a day solo)

Must be able to produce quality shots and maintain coffee equipment and grinder

Impeccable hygiene and high standards of coffee machine cleanliness

Work as an integral part of the team

The Candidate

Minimum 2 years experience as a barista

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Approximately 34 hours a week, working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 5am - 1.30pm.

In return you will receive

Mon-Fri $36 per hour + super (at or above 21 years old)

Sun $45 per hour + super (at or above 21 years of age)
