About the role

Gallery 8' is seeking a talented Barista All rounder to join our dynamic team in Southport, QLD. This is a casual role, (24 hours +)offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant, creative environment. As a Barista All rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages to our discerning patrons.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages

Operating and maintaining coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance

Providing friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction

Restocking and maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is well-presented at all times

Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required, such as table service and cash handling

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and equipment operation

Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

A positive, friendly, and professional attitude

RSA certificate, serving alcoholic beverages.

Hours - Monday 6.30am - 2.30pm Wednesday 6.30am - 2.30pm Thursday 6.30am - 2.30pm
