About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to deliver Occupational Therapy clinical services as a member of the Healthy Ageing Assessment and Rehabilitation Team (HAART). The Healthy Ageing Assessment and Rehabilitation Team is part of the Rehabilitation Service Stream in Community and Oral Health.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Participate in safety and quality and research initiatives to continually improve Occupational Therapy clinical services and patient outcomes through contributing to the identification, development and implementation of evidence based clinical practice service improvements.
  • Accurately and concisely record all patient interaction, as well as workload measurement statistics, to facilitate the analysis of service trends.
  • Actively participate within the discipline of Occupational Therapy and the multidisciplinary team's clinical environment to ensure that occupational therapy services are integrated, efficient and equitable for the community serviced.
