Our client, a therapist-led NDIS practice based near Coolangatta, is run by two highly experienced Senior Occupational Therapists with over 50 years of combined expertise in mental health and complex disability.

• Salaries from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super depending on experience
• $2,000 Annual CPD Allowance + uncapped PD leave (case-by-case basis)

✅ About the Role:

• You will support NDIS clients living with ASD, psychosocial disability, and major mental illnesses (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, DID, etc.).
• Caseload is 60% ASD – with opportunity to specialise exclusively in this area over time if you wish.
• Deliver therapy in the community (80%) and from the Coolangatta clinic (20%) across Northern NSW to North Gold Coast.
• Opportunities to supervise junior staff or focus on your clinical passion area.
• Ideal for someone stepping out of public mental health into the NDIS space as NDIS upskilling is provided.
