About the role

Whole Therapy, a leading NDIS provider of allied health services, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in the Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our diverse participant base.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participant goals and develop tailored treatment plans

Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve functional abilities, independence and quality of life

Collaborate with participants, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care

Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote self-management and lifestyle modifications

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Whole Therapy's services through collaboration, reporting and participation in quality improvement projects

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum 1 year experience as a practising Occupational Therapist, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop effective therapy plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
