About Townsville Cranes

Townsville Cranes is a well-established crane hire company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full time Administration Officer.

The Role

As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative Tasks:

Completing quarterly BAS lodgements and other ATO required lodgements.

Maintaining accurate records of equipment, including maintenance schedules and certifications.

Preparing and processing various documents, such as work orders, dockets, and permits.

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and website enquiries.

Assisting with invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Maintaining a well-organised office environment.

Performing general office duties, such as reception tasks, filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Data Entry:

Inputting and updating information into our computer systems, including customer details, inventory, and project related data.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous individual with:

A Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field, not a requirement but preferred.

A current driver's licence.

At least 5 years of administration experience, preferably in the construction or heavy equipment industry.

Proficiency in XERO accounting software.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
