Depot Supervisor - IT Field Technician – ViridianIT

Our primary focus is on delivering in-person IT solutions - installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems and infrastructure to enhance business performance, improve efficiency, and support operational capacity.

The Depot Supervisor oversees the full spectrum of depot operations, including inventory management, hardware receipting, and dispatch logistics. A central aspect of the role is evaluating and assigning service desk tickets to highly skilled IT field technicians, ensuring compliance with SLAs and the timely deployment of IT assets to meet operational, end-user, and project needs.

Work Location: Central Coast, NSW

Position Reports To: Operations Manager

Ability to lead a Team

Ability to liaise with external clients on all technical requirements.

Ability to work within a team environment but also alone.

A personable nature with the ability to relay information in person and over the phone.

Experience and/or Qualifications

Problem solving mindset

Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of is required.

Ability to negotiate and effectively lead a team.

Salary + Work Roster

$60,000 - $65,000 -Package Includes a Fully Maintained Company Vehicle + Super

Monday to Friday + Occasional Weekend Work
