About the Role:
You will be the driving force behind a person-centred and enriching lifestyle program. Working as part of a supportive clinical and care team, you'll have the autonomy and support needed to elevate the standard of resident engagement across the home.
Your role will involve:

• Designing and implementing creative, meaningful, and inclusive lifestyle activities
• Addressing and improving existing lifestyle service standards
• Promoting social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing for all residents
• Supporting culture change by fostering positivity and connection
• Collaborating with care and clinical teams to ensure integrated resident experiences

The ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator in aged care
• Strong understanding of consumer-directed care and wellbeing principles
• Confident, warm, and culturally sensitive with great communication skills
• Able to take initiative and lead program improvement
• Passionate about delivering real value to residents’ daily lives
