What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-production bakery, working with sourdough starters and baking.
✔ Formal bakery training (highly regarded).
✔ High energy, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach.
✔ Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
✔ A self-motivated work ethic with a focus on achieving production targets.
✔ Knowledge of HACCP, AQ systems, and OH&S (preferred).
