What You’ll Be Up To:

• Answering calls and advising customers on wait times or average job booking dates.

• The every day of admin tasks (though we like to have a bit of fun).

• Filing and recording all data efficiently.

• Monitoring and organising fleet and equipment maintenance, services and repairs.

• Assisting the management team with small admin tasks and paperwork.

• Assisting in the planning of staff events (as we said--a BBQ doesn't go astray!).

• Problem solving and troubleshooting.

• Delivering excellent customer service.

• Collaborating with the team, customers and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.

• Building and maintaining long lasting customer relationships.

• Must be okay with working with 15+ Tradespeople. Our team is large, but we care for one another and work as a team.

We work a 4.5 day work week (Mon-Thurs 7.30am-4pm, Friday 7.30am-1.30pm).

This position is a 12 month, temporary, full-time contract with the option to move to permanent full-time for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in administration and customer service (negotiable for the right candidate--we are a teaching company and value passing on skills and knowledge).

• Xero, excel and outlook experience (not a must).

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Proactive mindset.

• Motivated!

• Excellent communication skills and a reliable, team-player.

• Tech-savvy or at least willing to learn and retain knowledge.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organised.
