Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative
Location: South Australia
Ongoing Casual Role
$31.225 – $35.025 per hour + Super(Rate based on experience)
*Full-time Hours | Monday–Friday, Saturday mornings as required

Are you a motivated and organised professional with a passion for customer service and admin support? We’re looking for an Customer Service Representative to join a busy, fast-paced team in a well-established organisation.

About the Role In this varied front-office position, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—handling phone enquiries, walk-ins, and providing admin support across a range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product enquiries and sales
• Process invoices accurately using SAP and internal systems
• Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
• Provide day-to-day administrative and customer service support
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage communications
• Assist with inventory support and maintain office supplies
• Keep the front office clean, organised, and professional

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP software is highly regarded
• Strong general computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and prioritise in a busy environment
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
