• Answering calls and booking jobs like a pro

• Juggling a variety of admin tasks with flair

• Filing and recording all data efficiently

• Monitoring and organising fleet maintenance, services and repairs

• Keeping the boss’s life organised (both work and personal)

• Planning fun staff events that everyone will love

• Solving problems and troubleshooting like a champ

• Delivering stellar customer service and chatting with style

• Using your tech skills to streamline our admin processes

• Collaborating with the team to keep everything running smoothly

• Building and maintaining long lasting customer relationships

• Becoming our social media guru—creating posts and boosting our online presence

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in administration and customer service (non-negotiable!)

• Xero experience? That’s a bonus, but not a must

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

• Excellent communication skills and a reliable, team-player spirit

• Tech-savvy with admin tools and software

• Social media savvy is a plus!

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized

• Qualifications or certificates? Great, but not required!
