Maroochy RSL offers our members and guests an exciting venue with various food and beverage outlets, sports bar and gaming experiences in a sophisticated venue. Driven by the pursuit of flavour and texture, our meals are modern and sophisticated.

We are seeking Food and Beverage Attendants who have vibrant, accommodating personalities that will engage with our members & guests to ensure a memorable visit.

Personal presentation and creating a professional impression as an ambassador for the venue at all times will be of utmost importance.

The duties and responsibilities include:

• To be able to provide efficient food and beverage service, encompassing general Restaurant and Cafe barista duties
• To perform all beverage and Keno operational duties in accordance with Maroochy RSL's policies and procedures
• To provide a level of customer service across all departments that is at all times courteous, helpful, friendly, efficient and customer focused
• To maintain consistently high standards of professional conduct and work performance across all aspects of the job
• Strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards

The successful applicant we are seeking will:

• Have great customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Have the ability to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Have a current RSA and RGS
• Hold a current police check
• Have 2 years in the hospitality industry
• Strong Barista experience in a fast paced high volume setting (highly desirable)
• Have the flexibility to work across a seven day roster which includes weekends and nights
