Kawana Surf Club is on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our amazing team across Bar, Bistro, and Gaming areas.

Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’ve got the right attitude – we want to hear from you!

Available Roles:

🍹 Bar Attendants

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Operate POS systems and handle cash/card payments

Maintain cleanliness and stock levels behind the bar

Must hold a current RSA

🍽 Bistro / Food Service Staff

Take orders and deliver meals with friendly and prompt service

Assist with table clearing, cleaning and resetting

Maintain bistro and dining areas to a high standard

RSA required; food handling experience a bonus

🎰 Gaming Attendants

Provide assistance to patrons using our gaming machines

Maintain gaming area cleanliness and compliance

Monitor and uphold responsible gambling practices

Must have current RSA and RSG

We’re Looking For People Who:

Have a current RSA (RSG also required for gaming roles)

Are reliable, well-presented and professional

Have great communication and customer service skills

Can work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends & public holidays

Are team players with a strong work ethic

Experience is great, but not essential – training can be provided!
