We’re currently seeking a dedicated and versatile All-Rounder to join our warm and professional team.

Role Overview:

As an All-Rounder, you’ll be involved in all areas of our venue – from front-of-house service to behind-the-scenes preparation. No two days are the same, making this the perfect role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming customers with professionalism and warmth

Making and serving teas, coffees, and a selection of cocktails and drinks

Setting up tables for High Tea service with precision and attention to detail

Preparing and plating High Teas and assisting with light food preparation

Assembling and packing luxury hampers and catering orders

Supporting with the setup and service of private events and functions

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the venue and kitchen

Assisting in restocking and ensuring displays are tidy and visually appealing

Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You:

Friendly, polished, and confident with a positive, team-focused attitude

Great attention to detail and a love for aesthetics and presentation

Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is desirable

Barista and/or cocktail-making skills are a bonus (training available)

Comfortable with both customer-facing and back-of-house tasks

Flexible availability – weekends and event shifts may be required

A genuine passion for creating beautiful customer experiences
