Are you a skilled Trade Qualified Spray Painter looking to join a great team with a strong reputation for quality and workmanship? We're recruiting for a well-established company in Auburn, offering a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent.

You'll be working in a clean, well-equipped facility alongside a supportive team, focused on high standards and safety. Experience with heavy vehicles (HV) or large industrial equipment will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and spray painting of vehicles, panels, and components

Sanding, masking, priming, and finishing to high-quality standards

Mixing paints and colour matching

Operating spray booths and maintaining equipment

Performing minor repairs and touch-ups as required

Ensuring all work complies with WH&S and quality standards

Requirements:

Trade qualification in Automotive Spray Painting or equivalent

Previous spray painting experience in a commercial, industrial, or HV setting

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

HV painting experience or background in trucks, buses, or plant equipment highly regarded

Knowledge of 2-pack and water-based systems preferred

Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
