Bennett Carroll is seeking confident mid-level Solicitors to join our growing practice on a full-time basis. The role offers flexibility to be based at your choice of either of our Brisbane offices, at Stafford or Upper Mount Gravatt, or move between the offices as you please.

Duties & responsibilities:

Receive and apply guidance and mentoring from your team of expert colleagues

Take ownership of a diverse caseload of interesting work, managing it with a high degree of autonomy

Build subject-matter expertise across multiple practice areas

Contribute to building a team culture of collaboration and sharing of ideas team culture

Strive to advance your career in through the pathways we help make available to you

Liaise professionally with clients and other stakeholders to develop close relationships across multiple practice areas

Experience & qualifications:

2 to 5 years post-admission experience in Queensland

Current practicing certificate

Permanent unrestricted Australian work rights and current residence

Prior experience in Commercial Law and/or Litigation is highly advantageous

Current driver’s licence

Ability to provide a National Police Clearance certificate

Reliable, consistent & self-motivated work ethic

Strong time management & organisation skills

Keen attention to detail
