About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Solicitor to join our Commercial Litigation team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of high-profile commercial disputes, working closely with senior practitioners in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of commercial litigation matters

Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, correspondence, and court documents

Assist in case preparation, strategy development, and client advisory

Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Provide administrative and legal support to senior solicitors and partners

About You

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognised institution

Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland (or pending admission)

Strong academic record, preferably with a focus on commercial law and litigation

Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills

High level of initiative, attention to detail, and time management

Ability to work both autonomously and within a team

Previous experience or internship in litigation or a commercial law environment (highly regarded, but not essential)
