CJM Lawyers is looking for a driven Estates Solicitor with 2–4 years’ post-admission experience to join our growing team in Surfers Paradise. You’ll be part of a progressive firm that supports long-term growth, continuous learning, and a positive culture.

What we offer:

Competitive Salary - $90,000- $110,000 per annum plus superannuation. Remuneration commensurate with experience.

To be successful, you must possess:

2+ years’ experience in Estates Law post admission.

A positive attitude, drive and commitment to your role

Confidence in developing and maintaining client relationships

Confidence in managing estate planning and administration

High standards of communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients

Proficiency in delivering tailored client focused outcomes

Excellent problem solving and strategic skills

Time management and organisational skills

An exceptionally high level of attention to detail and the ability to meet critical deadlines

Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
