About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join EmployeeConnect as an Implementation Consultant. In this full-time role based in Darlinghurst, NSW, you will be responsible for implementing our cutting-edge HR and workforce management software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with both our clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of these transformative technologies.
What you'll be doing
- Manage end-to-end implementation processes for new clients, from requirements gathering to final delivery.
- Configure HR software to meet client specifications and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Provide training to stakeholders and end-users to ensure successful adoption of the software.
- Lead and manage a team of 10 offshore professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Conduct performance reviews, set clear expectations, and create development plans to support team growth and career progression.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices to enhance implementation outcomes.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, escalating as needed and providing practical solutions or workarounds.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an implementation or business analyst consultant, preferably in the HR/workforce management software industry
- Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly understand and configure complex software systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to liaise effectively with clients
- A customer-centric approach and the drive to deliver exceptional experiences
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business or Human Resources
