About the role

As a Drainage Plumber at vic plumbing and civil, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the plumbing infrastructure across Melbourne. This full-time position is based in Melbourne VIC 3000 and offers the opportunity to be part of a growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality plumbing services.

What you'll be doing

Perform a range of plumbing tasks, repairing pipes, and installing new drainage systems

Supervise and coordinate the work of junior plumbers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Provide expert advice to customers on plumbing-related matters

Liaise with clients, external contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken

What we're looking for

Qualified plumber with several years of experience in the industry

Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing systems, including drainage, pipes, and fixtures

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues

Proven experience in supervising and mentoring junior plumbers

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Commitment to working safely and in compliance with relevant regulations

Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment

Able to operate an excavator

Able to work off civil plans or have some knowledge
