Position Overview

We are seeking a Qualified Plumber with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be experienced in gas fitting, roofing, water, sanitary, and civil plumbing works. You will be responsible for delivering high-standard plumbing services in a timely, safe, and compliant manner across diverse projects and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of:

• Gas systems

• Roof plumbing including guttering, flashing, and rainwater systems

• Water supply and sanitary systems

• Stormwater and drainage systems

• Civil plumbing infrastructure

• Fire services installations and maintenance

• Attend and resolve emergency plumbing issues

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Conduct inspections, testing, and diagnostics to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations

• Maintain accurate records of works completed, materials used, and time allocated

• Adhere to all OH&S regulations and company policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members

• Assist in facility maintenance and ongoing service contracts as required

Key Selection Criteria

Essential:

• Trade qualification and current plumbing registration (including endorsements for gas, roofing, water supply and drainage)

• Proven experience across gas, roofing, sanitary, and water plumbing works

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• High attention to detail with commitment to quality workmanship

• Sound understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current driver’s license

• Construction White Card

Desirable:

• Backflow prevention and TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) certification

• Experience with facility and asset maintenance

• Confined space or working at heights certification
