The Wizard Pharmacy Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the retail & digital marketing strategy with particular focus on retail/store (Local Area Marketing) execution while overseeing the Digital Marketing, Brand, and Communications teams. This role ensures consistent brand positioning and marketing execution across all channels, driving commercial outcomes, enhancing customer experience, and increasing brand equity. This role plays a pivotal part in achieving business objectives through strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Overseeing brand and communications, this role ensures all marketing material is accurate and aligned with business and growth initiatives. This leader collaborates across the marketing division, cross-functional teams, franchisees and external parties as required to develop and manage the retail & digital strategy, enabling optimal business performance.
Key Duties Include:
Leading the development and execution of the marketing strategy across Retail, Digital, Brand, and Communications.
Developing and implementing retail marketing strategies to support in-store performance, customer engagement, and brand presence.
Leveraging data insights and customer segmentation to optimize campaigns and promotions in collaboration with the Campaign team.
Overseeing the creation and governance of brand guidelines and brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with healthcare and regulatory requirements.
Drive internal and external communications, including member, media relations, PR strategy, executive profiling, and corporate communications.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Digital Marketing team across paid media, SEO, website, social media, and CRM.
Lead brand & member strategy development, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
Manage, coach, and develop the team to support a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Work Experience:
12+ years in marketing roles with demonstrated experience in strategic leadership.
Proven experience in retail marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and communications.
Experience in retail, franchising and corporate office highly regarded.
Skills:
Proficiency in digital platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
Ability to develop, implement, and refine brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
Strategic planning and execution of brand & marketing projects
Attention to detail in proofreading and providing feedback on marketing materials
Strong organisational skills to ensure seamless event execution and post-event analysis
Experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships within the team and across departments.
