Denovans Real Estate has an opportunity to join our team as a Rental Inspection Consultant. As a rental inspection consultant, you will be dedicated to attending open for inspections, ensuring every prospective tenant receives personalised attention and a seamless property viewing experience.

The Role

• Attend open for inspections and showcase various properties to potential tenants in a professional and engaging manner
• Ensure rental properties are presented impeccably during inspections, highlighting their unique features and benefits
• Gather feedback from inspections and promptly report to the team, assisting in decision-making and property improvements
• The open for inspections will be for a mixture of tenanted, and vacant properties
• Register contact details from all attendees and assist with any questions onsite

• Ability to manage multiple inspections efficiently and punctually
• Exceptional personal presentation, projecting a professional image that reflects the high standards of our real estate agency

• A positive attitude, fostering strong client relationships and leaving a lasting impression on potential tenants and fellow team members
• Current driver’s license & well-presented car
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple task
