Cutprice Car Rentals is a proud, family-owned business that has been serving the Gold Coast community with affordable and reliable car rentals for decades. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

At Cutprice Car Rentals, we’re all about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we’re looking for someone who:

Excels at providing outstanding customer service and ensures satisfaction at every step

Remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Presents professionally and has a keen eye for detail

Is proactive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to create memorable experiences

Is confident with basic computer tasks, has strong administrative skills, and is a fast learner

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in the car rental industry is preferred but not essential

Work Conditions:

We operate year-round, including most public holidays.

Working weekends is preferred . Availability during peak travel periods is essential.

Annual leave must be taken outside of school holiday periods.

Requirements:

A full and valid driver’s licence

Confidence driving both automatic and manual vehicles

Strong administrative and computer skills

A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment
