About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our passionate team at Double Tap Coffee in Marrickville, NSW. This full-time position will see you serve high-quality coffee that is roasted in house.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee drinks, teas and other specialty beverages to our customers

Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure efficient and timely service

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years experience as a Barista in a cafe that is craft focused.

Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods and preparation techniques

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Good communication skills
