About the role

PINA' in Potts Point, NSW is seeking an experienced, full-time barista to join our vibrant and passionate team. As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee beverages for our discerning clientele. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a range of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and more
• Ensuring the efficient and timely service of all customer orders
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Assisting with the preparation of drinks items as required
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service at all times
• Adhering to all health and safety standards
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our cafe operations

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a cafe or similar hospitality environment
• experienced in latte art skills
• Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee equipment
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons and weekends
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our cafe
