We are looking for a full-time barista to join our team at Steam Brothers Coffee, Menai.

The perfect candidate for the job would be someone who has experience in the specialty coffee industry, who is looking to join a great company culture and be a part of a team that is passionate about serving freshly roasted specialty coffee, unique food and good times in a fast-paced environment

Requirements of the job/s are as follows:

Can work with espresso beverages and has an understanding of flavours in coffee or is at least willing to learn

Genuine customer service skills that can build genuine relationships. Experience with Square is a bonus

Capable of steaming milk and has some latte art skills

Capability of working in a fast-paced environment

Understands different brew methods and can work with single-origin coffees

Fixed roster with one weekend day only
