• CNC Operator in Carrum Downs (Nantong Healthcare Machine)
• $35 - $38 per hour depending on experience
• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
• 60% CNC Operation and 40% Warehouse work (picking, packing, stock handling etc)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (FOAM - Products) according to production specifications
• Read and interpret drawings, and job orders
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to ensure quality standards
• Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report any malfunctions or issues
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
• Keep accurate production records and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve production issues
• To set up, program and operator a CNC Machine (Nantong Healthcare Machine)
• Cutting foam ro provide for upholstery products
• 60% CNC Operation and 40% Warehouse work (picking, packing, stock handeling etc)

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role in manufacturing
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in the use of measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and CNC programming
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
