The Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Business / Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations (excluding marketing). You’ll implement systems, drive efficiency, manage performance across venues, and support the rollout of new franchise locations both across Australia and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Operations Oversight – Manage day-to-day operations across all venues, including Front and Back of House.

Franchise Expansion & Support – Lead onboarding and operational setup for new franchisees.

Structure & Systems – Design and enforce SOPs, workflows, and consistent operational processes across the business.

Data & Financial Management – Monitor and act on KPIs including COGS, labour %, waste, and profitability.

Team Leadership – Coach and hold venue managers accountable; build a high-performance culture.

Procurement & Supplier Management – Oversee supply chain, pricing, and quality control.

Compliance – Ensure all venues and franchisees adhere to health, safety, food, and employment regulations.

Strategic Execution – Work closely with the founders on major projects, expansion plans, and operational improvements.

Proven experience overseeing multi-site hospitality operations.

Hands-on ability to build structure, systems, and scalable processes.

Strong commercial acumen and comfort with data, reporting, and financial analysis.

Track record of improving performance, reducing costs, and lifting standards.
