About the Position
This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of a high-performing regional hotel and shape its future. With a $100K-$120K salary plus incentives, this role requires entrepreneurial expertise to drive business growth, enhance customer experiences, and manage upcoming renovations and venue improvements. You'll be at the forefront of developing strategic initiatives while leading a passionate team and ensuring top-tier operations across all departments.
Position Description
- Lead and oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodation.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand revenue streams and customer engagement.
- Manage significant renovations and capital improvements, ensuring long-term success.
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a strong service culture.
- Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and workplace regulations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation.
Position Requirements
- Proven experience in senior hospitality management with proven expertise in managing similar-style venues
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in business development and growth.
- Experience managing renovations and large-scale venue improvements.
- Financial acumen with skills in budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Knowledge of liquor and gaming compliance regulations.
- Relevant licensees including RSA, RGC (advanced), and approved licensee a pre-requisite for applications
